Bronze cowboy sculpture
I was having a one man show in Scottsdale at Legacy Gallery when in walked this Colorado cowboy checking out the show. I kept staring at him until I finally got up enough courage to ask if I could sculpt him. Soft-spoken Buddy very cordially agreed so I ran down to the local art shop and bought some clay. For the next few hours at the gallery we had a nice little audience. Buddy thought it turned out “real fine” and bought several for his children…..that is his real name.
